Brian Lamont
Installation Manager
Brian has been working in the HVAC industry for 6 years. Originally from Perry, IA, he moved here in 2012 to be closer to family. When he's not doing HVAC work he's an aircraft mechanic and crew chief for the Wisconsin Army National Guard. His favorite thing about working with customers is seeing their excitement after a repair or new installation. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, pets, gaming, going to the movies, drinking Mt. Dew, and watching episodes of The Big Bang Theory.
Brian's best advice for customers is, "Doing preventative maintenance, as simple changing your filters regularly, will save you money long term and make your equipment last longer. Don't be afraid to ask questions!"
Connor Truitt
Installation Apprentice
Connor has been working in the HVAC industry for 2 years and is currently an apprentice. He's from Madison, WI and when he's not doing HVAC work you can find him snowboarding or paintballing. His favorite thing about working with customers is being to able to bring some creativity and an open mind to solving customers issues. He likes to work on renovations and says his favorite thing about working for Homeland is the team he gets to work with (we promise we didn't make him say that). He also loves Mt. Dew and enjoys rewatching episodes of Game of Thrones.
Connor's best advice for customers is, "If you don't know what you're doing, don't be afraid to ask!"

Paul Lindner
Owner
I'm Paul and I'm the owner of Homeland Heating and Cooling. I was born here in Wisconsin, but was raised in Austin, TX. In 2015 I moved back to Wisconsin and made it home. I'm a military veteran, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor, and have been working in HVAC for over 13 years. I'm a second generation HVAC specialist. I grew up watching my Dad do this work and I knew that I also wanted a career where I got to use tools and work with my hands. My goal, as a Wisconsin HVAC provider, is to always provide quality work and excellent service at any price point. Being a small operation gives me the ability to connect with my customers and customize my services to exactly what they need.
When I'm not busy with my business I enjoy spending time with my family which includes my girlfriend Brittany, our two sons, and our dog Tyson. I enjoy hunting, boating, and building Legos with my boys. As this business grows I hope that I can realize my goal of creating an HVAC program that gives back to the Veterans in need, in our local communities.
